UFC on Versus 3: Munoz scores a huge KO against Dolloway

Mark Munoz and C.B. Dolloway were decorated collegiate wrestlers, but they said during the prefight interview that they were willing to slug it out. Maybe Dolloway should've stuck to the grappling.

He scored a takedown early, let Munoz get up and then got blasted by a straight right. Dolloway fell to his back and got nailed by two more hammerfists. Referee Mario Yamasaki had to jump into save the downed fighter just 54 seconds in.

Dolloway regained his senses a few seconds later and couldn't understand why the fight was stopped, but it was clear his eyes were glassy and he looked lost on the ground after the two hammerfists.

Munoz has been very good since his move to middleweight in 2009 with five wins against just one loss. The Oklahoma State All-American and national champ in 2001 is now 10-2 in his MMA career.
