X-Men: First Class' Trailer to be Released Today Via Facebook

The wait is almost over: Fox is releasing the trailer for X-Men: First Class, the latest comic book summer blockbuster, this afternoon on the film's Facebook page.

For now, here's a little teaser of what you can expect in the trailer, which we'll post up as soon as it's available*, so keep checking back.

The film follows the early years of Charles Xavier (Professor X., played by James McAvoy) and Erik Lehnsherr (Magneto, played by Michael Fassbender), before the events of the original X-Men movie trilogy. The two team up to defeat a power that is attempting to conquer the world, before an event rips the two apart and makes them enemies.

X-Men: First Class is due in theaters June 3, 2011.
